My name is Tara I have worked at the nursery for 4 years as the Nursery Administrator joining Over The Rainbow in March 2022. I am very lucky as I get to enjoy both parts of my role - admin and seeing the children grow and develop, this is a very rewarding role and I love seeing what every day is going to encounter.

Hello, my name is Enkeleda and I have worked at Over The Rainbow since 2015. When I became a mother, I realised how important it is for children to feel safe, protected and loved and to be given equal opportunities to learn and progress in life, which is why I decided to become a practitioner in Early Years.

Hi I'm Kerri, I have been in childcare from the age of 16. I joined Over The Rainbow October 2021. I have and always will have a passion for working with children of all ages. I like seeing children achieve and exceed in their goals. I thoroughly enjoy being a practitioner and working alongside all children, watching them grow, develop and achieve their milestones. I love being part of Over the Rainbow team.

Laura H – Level 3 Practitioner Upstairs (Toddler 2 / Pre-School Room)

Hello, I am Laura but all the children call me Harper because we have a few Laura’s here! I joined Over The Rainbow in 2015 as a Level 2 Practitioner and completed my Level 3 qualification while working here. I have a real passion for childcare and child development and I enjoy watching all of the children grow during their time with us.

My favourite thing to do is read stories to the children, giving the story meaning and watching their faces light up as we flick through the pages. Over The Rainbow is my second home and I love that we are able to make the children feel the same.

Sally – Level 3 Practitioner Downstairs (Baby/Toddler 1 Room)

 My name is Sally and I have been working with children aged 3 months - 4 years for 24 years now, I joined Over The Rainbow July 2022. Working my way up from being unqualified to a Level 3 Practitioner. I love working with children and seeing them grow and reaching their milestones. My interests are watching sports on TV and spending time with my family. I also like to take part in special events like cake bakes, and walks for good causes.

I have been watching children grow and develop since 2019 in nurseries. I have supported many children in development by helping them to walk, talk and achieve their targets over the years in childcare.

I have worked with children for over 10 years, joining Over The Rainbow July 2017. This included being a party host, a children’s holiday rep and a dance teacher. What inspired me was the birth of my young sibling and watching her grow and develop gave me the passion to choose this career.

I feel proud to say that I work in Early Years and I find it such a rewarding job. It is amazing to feel that you have helped the children to grow and learn.
